当店「eni」は、仕入れから制作・発送まで、すべて1人で行っております。基本的には受注生産となり、ご注文からお届けまで最大で3週間ほどお時間をいただいております。何卒ご了承ください。

◯ 取り扱いのご注意
当店のジュエリーは繊細な作りです。
強い力を加えたり、水に濡れることで変色・サビ・ひび割れなどの原因になることがございますので、お取り扱いにはご注意ください。
特に以下のタイミングでは、ジュエリーを外していただきますようお願いいたします。
・入浴中
・水仕事中
・就寝時
◯ お手入れ方法
ご使用後は、柔らかい布で優しく拭き取り、空気に触れず、直射日光の当たらない場所で保存袋で保管してください。それだけでかなり変色や劣化が抑えられます。

◯ 返品・修理について
•お客様都合による返品はお受けしておりません。
•万が一破損があった場合は、
「お守りジュエリーだから壊れた＝不吉」ではありません。
多くは経年劣化や日常使用による自然な変化ですので、ご安心ください。
修理をご希望の方は、まず破損状況が分かるお写真をお送りください。
• ご注文から1ヶ月以内の破損 → 無償で修理または交換
• 1ヶ月以上経過後の破損 → 有償修理（¥2,500〜お見積もり）
【送料について】
• 発送時の送料：お客様ご負担
• 修理後の返送：当店負担
※梱包は破損防止のため、プチプチ等で丁寧にお願いします。

Below is an important notice.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in using our services.
○ Natural stones and pearls are derived from nature, and as such, may contain cracks and inclusions. These are natural occurrences and are not considered defects. Please enjoy the cracks as unique marks that tell the story of the stone's life.
○ At eni, I handle everything myself, from sourcing to production and sales. Due to our made-to-order policy, please allow an average of two weeks for delivery. However, if you are in a hurry, I may be able to ship within a week, depending on stock availability, so feel free to inquire.
○ For inquiries about defects or products, and requests for restocking, please contact us via direct message or comment on our Instagram account if you have one.
◯ Returns and Repairs
We do not accept returns for customer preferences. If the item gets damaged, please consult us about repairs. We offer free repairs or exchanges for inquiries made within one month from the order date. After one month, repairs will be chargeable.
◯ The efficacy of power stones is not eternal.
If you notice that a stone has lost its luster or you no longer feel the desire to wear it, it may indicate that the stone has fulfilled its purpose. After that, you can either enjoy it as a fashion accessory or return it to nature—such as a river or mountain—with a sense of gratitude. Please dispose of any metal components separately as waste. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
